Refund & Returns policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us and receive a full refund or exchange, provided you do so within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Please email us at shop@southseastrading.com.au within that time if you wish to exchange or refund of your purchase.

This return and refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after they have been sent to you, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if it has been dropped or broken. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post.

South Seas Trading will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please note that all SALE items are final and non refundable.
